        Customer service is absolutely horrible...the only reason I give them two stars is bc they have a decent inventory of parts. The customer service is very "political" and it seems to me once they collect your money, your on your own. I called to schedule getting the break in fluids changed for the initial maintenance on a 3301 tractor, I was told to drop it off and it'll be 3 weeks to a month.....for changing oil and filters. I politely asked the lady is there anyway I cld get it taken care of in a more manageable time I use the tractor daily for a business. I was very rudely told that if I cldnt wait for there service to do it myself. Nuff said lady if I knew customer service was going to be like this would spent money elsewhere. Now I go to M&L industries in Baton Rouge.
