        The clerk was as poorly spoken/inarticulate as anyone you would not want handling your prescriptions. Poor effective communication skills is the direct result of ignorance, laziness, lack of discipline, or just plain not caring. That Ochsner has this clerk as the face of & representing Ochsner is disappointing and scary that she works with my prescriptions. Please hire more competent employees. Terrible dour pharmacy techs/employees. Think of Eeyore and that paints the correct picture. If you want to get depressed then go there... Dishonesty: The receipt reads 'Counseling Declined'. This is false. I was never offered counseling. Also, the receipt says that they welcome your feedback but shows a link that ALWAYS responds: 'Sorry, this survey is not currently active.'
