This is an old hotel but it has several amenities that are useful. There's a restaurant onsite , convention space, and fitness center. The Wi-Fi was decent. The room and exterior need to be upgraded and the exterior walkway sounds like a freight train when guests with roller bags go by. Apparently, they don't drain the pool in winter or there's an academic study on algae. The rate was reasonable as we the location to downtown.

I will contact Mr. Richard Kressler, CEO, to see if he will reserve me another room. On the website, it say this place is "permanent closed" and I made reservation last year for a room in July 2019. I should have been notified.

Gave 1 star because I can't give zero. The pool is a bright green, there is rust on the lamp in the room along with stains of some sort all over the lamp shade. The phone in the room doesn't work, when I informed them they said the phones are being rewired and some work, some don't. Would have been nice to be told that upon check in. I guess a wake up call is out of the question. The staff is not accommodating at all and won't let anyone check in before 4 PM even though on the way to the laundry I counted 8 rooms cleaned and vacant. I will never stay here again. I'd rather sleep in the street.

Clean, convenient, accommodating, and reasonably priced! We arranged our reservations through Groupon and got two nights for the price of one! We will do this again!
