I hired this company to take care of my recently deceased parents yard. The yard was overgrown and I paid over $600 for them to clean it up (mow and bag the leaves) and cut all the bushes off the house. The initial clean up job was poorly done. They didnt cut any of the weeds off the fence and didnt cut the bushes off an entire side of the house. They also refused to cut a large tree branch that had fallen in the front yard without charging an additional $170 to cut and haul it off. I live out of town and wasnt able to see the yard in person until after I paid them. They sent me 2 pictures after they did the job and it looked fine; however, they clearly didnt send pictures of the areas that they didnt clean up. While I thought $600 was very expensive for the initial cleanup I figured itd be worth having a professional company do it and then maintain it every two weeks. But, they never showed up after the initial cleanup. I reached out to them about 1 1/2 months after the initial cleanup asking why they hadnt returned to mow every 2 weeks like we had discussed but I received no response. This company took over $600 to clean up (mow and trim bushes) a small property and then never returned to maintain it. I was completely taken by this company. I would never recommend this company and am quite baffled by the positive reviews. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
