My fiancé worked with the owners sister, this is a message responding to us when we asked why we weren’t getting paid on time, he already put in his notice to quit since there were other issues also. The two days he missed was a mandatory court date and a doctors appointment for someone who is disabled. He says it’s because he didn’t turn in his sheet Friday, but he actually put his notice in that day. We cannot get food for our family, or pay our late bills. This is the message “ Man you quitting one days notice messed up my bills too. Also you busted a $300.00 window the week prior, also called in two different days after that.. all that in less than two weeks that you worked here so I don’t feel bad at all. If you would’ve turned your employee packet in last week you would have got paid.” he will not answer our messages and leaves us on read. We don’t know what else to do and might turn to lawyers. To clarify the one days notice, we don’t know where he’s getting that from as the days we missed we told him about before hand. These were dates that were set before the two weeks he’s worked with him for. The window he offered to help fix for less than what the owner was trying to get it fixed for. But he said no and went with the $300. We just want to get our food man
