Shotty install. The pan was too small and instead of notifying me and replacing me he left it. The repairman told me he has never seen anything that bad. Its going to be 1,000s of dollars in repairs between the ceiling and whatever else the water has damaged on top of whatever the repairmen charge me to fix it.
I have gotten ignored for a year now. He refuses to make this right and repair his work. I was told he had a warranty on his work but that has yet to be seen.

William was extremely friendly and professional. He fixed all electrical issues and cleaned 2 air units. I am thrilled to find someone dependable and honest. I highly recommend Allen Instalation & Repair Service.
