        I placed a deposit on a rental house before Ida. I never got to move into the house. I been calling fir 2months to settle this account. Finally got it disconnected after 22 days but now I have a bill that is not mine its the landlords and the $160 deposit was never returned because I can't get connected to talk to anyone. I understand power outage from storm but there us no forwarding number or no way to leave voicemail. I pray I never have to deal with this company again. This is the second time this company has taken a large deposit but lose the information or ignores you.
