A while ago we got his information through our home warranty service. He said he would show up around 1 and didn't get there until 7 pm. Imagine trying to deal with that on a school night. He took a $100 cash deposit and we never heard from him again. We called the warranty company and they said they heard several similar stories and sent someone else. The new guy did a great job and told us the owner of this company has a horrible reputation and steals from customers to gamble and drink. His name is Jeffrey David and he wrote a fake positive review you can see just past this.

They were sent out by my Home Warranty Company. The serviceman said that it would be a week before the part came in. He never returned my call and after two months, I was able to choose my own. I would not recommend this company.

They came out and found the problem with our unit after 3 other big companies that came before couldn’t within 30 mins of being here they had us back up and coping better then before. He was so nice and very professional and explained himself very well. Great work great service. Thank you anytime so much!!

I agree with every negative review for this company and if I could give 0 stars, I would.
The technician was scheduled to come repair my mother's ac unit from 3p-7p yesterday. He never called or showed up. His incompetent secretary lied up until she stopped responding. How can you fix your mouth to tell a customer "I will let you know if I can reach him". WHAT!!!!!!!! The 2.6 review is the reflection of this so called company. Unprofessional and lack of communication. A simple call or text to say you couldn't make it is not hard. BEWARE and STAY AWAY from this company at all cost. I'm glad we didn't use them and will have another company repair my mother air conditioning. They are CROOKS also. He collected $100 deductible and charge my mother to service her AC. The saying is true, " You reap what you sow". And now to show a 3.0 rating on today, 10/12 is FRAUD and a JOKE!
