I would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Shannon for her outstanding assistance. I visited the apartment on February 28 and relocated here in late April. The Palms felt like home, especially with the stunning kitchen that I immediately fell in love with. In addition, the customer service was excellent, and the apartment resembled the photos and staged unit.

Also forgot to mention Mr. Wade, he is the best best best grounds keeper!! He is super sweet and keeps this place looking amazing. He cleans the pool everyday to make sure the residents can enjoy the pool! He keeps the gym clean and it always smells so nice in there! Every time you see him drive by on his golf cart he will always bring a smile to your face! This apartment complex truly does have the best staff inside and out!!

The palms is a wonderful place to live, the outstanding staff, the beautiful complex, the wonderful location. I was a bit scared moving away from home in Michigan, but the area is so nice and the staff truly accommodating, and lovely to talk with. If I could go above 5 stars I would.
