I would like to share my experience with this company so far. We ordered windows in May 2021 and was informed they would be in on August 14, 2021. August came and we heard nothing. I contacted them at the end of August and was informed our windows were in except two that were back ordered for two more weeks. After the Hurricane I contacted them yet again about our windows and was told they were in the warehouse. Now keep in mind I had to contact this company over and over again. Not once did they ever reach out to us regarding our windows. We scheduled an install date for October and they did show up but on the wrong day. The two windows that were back ordered were not the right size and three bathroom windows were not frosted as per ordered by us. We were informed it would be FEBRUARY to get replacements!!!! Totally ridiculous. We have been going around and around with this company now for two more weeks. Was told they would contact me this week but of course I have heard nothing. They give customers a whole lot of lip service about what they will do but they do not honor their word. What a joke of a company! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I had the best experience with this company! I had called 3 other places and they never picked up the phone. 1 company did and they have still never gotten back to me. The install was quick and professional! Billie is a pleasure and stays in touch with you the whole time. Dont go anywhere else this is the best!!
