Receptionist barely acknowledged we were there, the only thing she said was where to initial and sign. When she made our keys I asked if she made them for 2 nights she said "yes" after working 18 hrs the next day we get in at midnight and none of our 3 room keys work. So back downstairs we go, at midnight. We tell the man downstairs that our keys don't work and all he says is "did you have them near your cellphone?". The pillows are flat, tv is actually lower than the bed, coffee is terrible (if it's even made). Will not stay here again.
