Dr. Katie McConnell and her staff at The Pet Care Center in Covington genuinely understands the needs of her clients. I am very pleased with the care, understanding, attention to detail, and the compassion my dog and I receive. I highly recommend. 2 thumbs up.

I took my dog here for sick visit. The staff was very caring and did do a follow up call to see how she was doing after the visit. It was refreshing to see a vet clinic which cares deeply about their job and their clients.

Was in town visiting and one of our dogs developed an eye injury. We called and they got us in right away. The vet was super friendly and informative. Since we were only visiting, she wrote up a very detailed description of the injury along with treatment so we could bring it to our vet at home for follow-up. She even called us the next day to see how our dog was. Very reasonably priced which was a nice change. Highly recommended.
