The team here began well enough to sell me an engagement ring but that was the start of a huge mistake with purchasing from this company. We had our ring for less than a year and had to have it serviced about 5-6 times. The ring actually broke within the first week of my Fianc wearing it very lightly to simply show friends. She wore it a total of 5 times before it snapped. The Gem also came scratched prior to me proposing. Once we came back to have it fixed we realized the design was not completely sturdy and will most likely break again so the manager (Kellee) ensured us that they will make a "special order" ring be casted specifically to correct that problem. That was in August 2022. We waited patiently until March 2023. During that agonizing time of waiting for this ring to be properly made, we received no updates. No emails or phone calls. I always had to be the person to contact them to get any sort of information about this matter. We got constant ETA dates that were inaccurate and we actually had the ring come in a couple of times incorrect. So it had to be sent back and redone. I'm at a complete loss for this company because this was ruining that should be an amazing time in our lives and not a single person had shown any sympathy, offered a solution or even offered a refund so we can end that nightmare and find something else. We called their customer support line who has taken notes and emailed their district manager (Ronnie) and told me that he should be giving me a call. Though we never heard from this person weeks later. I absolutely recommend you go anywhere else to find important jewelry. I truly feel like they stole one of the most important times of my life away and replaced it with confusion and chaos. Here are photos of the Gemstone the manager claimed to be "perfectly fine" and not damaged.

The associates went above and beyond trying to help find our purchase so that I could get my inspections updated. Amazing customer service!!!!
