I've used this insurance for years even switched policies when we moved states. I keep a clean driving record they give me great insurance rates. Only issue I've ever had in the past was reps aren't always fimilar with states requirements. Double check state requirements on their requirements.

This company really works with to get you the best possible rates. I've been with them for over 7 years now. Loved the way they treated me when my car was totaled.

I cancelled my car insurance with this company June 18th, 2019. Their records even show that I made the phone call on this date and cancelled. But they backdated to June 12th which triggers a report to the state showing I had been uninsured for several days which in turn gets you a fine from the State of Louisiana for not being covered. Don't go here their horrible management and customer service could never resolve this. and by the way after year in year out rate increases I cancelled my car insurance and then homeowners for good reason , paying half that with Allstate.

I called and was transferred 4 times. The last person that came on was a woman and she was not polite and said I was screaming at her but I wasn't. And she hung up on me. All I was telling her I was talking to someone and they were trying to see what was going on with this quote that my don was given. She said in a very nasty way they transferred you. So I'm gonna tell you Liberty just might loose my son and our polices also. I have 3 cars and homeowners with yall.
