        Shane and the gang at No Surrender are such welcoming, hardworking people. Having moved from California and being a POC, it was hard finding my place in the Northshore. At No Surrender, they don’t care about where you’re from or anything like that; they only care about putting in effort and dedication to yourself. If you need a great workout and an awesome atmosphere, give Shane a shout.

        Dropped in for a week and really enjoyed it. Great gym with knowledgeable coaches and good people. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area or looking for a gym.

        The owner/coach is an egotistical arrogant bully. If you are 1 minute late he will embarrass and humiliate you in front of the entire class in addition to harsh punishment of doing 50 burpees before you can start the class. (This was never told before joining.) His actions and behavior are very militant. When his business suffers it will be his own fault!
