Do NOT use this company! Very unprofessional con artist. I had work done and never even received an itemized receipt. I was later told by another company that I was way OVERCHARGED. He hangs up on me when I try and get one. He also told me that other things were broke that were NOT. Biggest con artist that should definitely be OUT OF BUSINESS! I should have looked at the google reviews before even letting him step in my house. Over 20 reviews and they are ALL 1 star. There should be a button for negative stars!!! You've been warned!

Do NOT use this company. Numerous failed appointments with not even a courtesy call. Mike is a pathetic businessman. Was suppose to come today. Another NO Show. This company needs to go out of business.

Zero stars. On each of the last five days I was told a workman would "be out today" to complete the installation that was supposedly completed, and paid for, at the end of June, 2019. Nothing but lies. I now need to hire another installer to finish the job. Avoid this company like the plague.

Called Friday afternoon 9/20 was told someone was on the way. Finally after waiting hours for them to show up i called back and merideth said she would call the tech to see what his eta was and call me right back to let me know. After waiting until 7pm i called back no answer so i left a message kindly saying that i would probably just use another company. 7:15 she calls back to say he can be on his way if i still wanted him to come. I agreed. He showed up an hour later. He checked everything and said my blower motor was burned out and needed to be replaced. So it would be 95 for the service call and 650 for the repair but that the 95 would be taken off the total. So now we're at 545. So i mention the coupon in the incentives paper for 50 off he agrees to honor it and also there is supposed to be a senior discount( this is my mom's house) he tells me the discount wont make much of a difference so he just wont charge the taxes. So now 505 is what i will be paying. He agreed to come and do the work the next morning around 8am. He never showed up. I figure since it is the weekend ill just wait until Monday morning. Monday morning i call and speak with merideth about why he never came back she says let me call to find out and i will call you right back....she never called. I continued to call all day no one ever answered the phone. So to hell with them. I called expert ac and they came out within 15 minutes. Told me the motor was fine it was just the capacitor which took less than 20 minutes to repair and was a great deal cheaper than what they wanted to charge to replace something that wasn't even broken! They are crooks and totally incompetent. I suggest you steer clear of them. I wish i could give negative stars.
