        Willia Dean  York is a complete B***H Worst home health Care Service ever , she is more concerned on who kiss her A** than work, and some of the most laziest and nasty nurses on staff, they make medication errors and York covers it up with false documents as if it didn't happen, thankfully I followed my first mind and sent the actual medication error form to the state ... so I will continue to report to the state until this place be closed for good
