How this place is open still is beyond me. We made the huge mistake of using them to file taxes for 3 years and have been fighting the IRS over it since 2016. At the time you file taxes with them, you will get a nice refund. They will cheat the system, fill in some more blanks, and get you every penny possible. Sounds good, right? Wrong! You will later get a lovely letter you are BEING AUDITED BY THE IRS. Then when you call tax options for help (they say they will help you if you get an audit, THEY DONT) you will get told "don't give in, fight them, give them what they ask for". It won't be good enough, you will then get a huge bill from the IRS requesting thousands of dollars back. Thinking maybe it was a one time thing, we go back, next year same bullcrap. Even made the mistake a 3rd time, after that we was out and filing taxes at a REAL PROFESSIONAL up the road. Needless to say, after being almost $10,000 in the hole and paying on it for years and having our last 2 years of tax refunds taken by the IRS (WE GOT SMART AND WENT TO SOMEONE ELSE THE LAST 2 YEARS and NO MORE AUDITS!) I think we owe it to everyone else who may consider going here to run, and RUN FAR AWAY. If you don't want audits, IRS bills monthly, and want taxes done the right way, go somewhere else.
