Rudest people ever i have went there several times and Betty is the rudest lady ever they really need new people in the office to handle there business. I will not be going back with my children due to this and do not recommend them to anyone at all

The worst experience ever totally unprofessional didn't even come close to a good job on fixing one tooth can't even bite all the way down to eat properly not confident in his work will never go back

The staff there is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was treated with no respect from the receptionist when trying to schedule a cleaning. I was cut off during my conversation trying to explain that I came once before & I was told my insurance couldn’t be found. She then tells me the type of cleaning I need isn’t offered there. 1st of all you don’t even know what type of cleaning I need without an examination. I then said how is that when you receive 2 cleanings per year. It took the Dentist to say just schedule her for the type of cleaning that’s covered with her insurance. I said thank you because I know I get 2 per year. The 2nd receptionist tells me if I want a cleaning there I will not be rude to their staff. I was never rude. All I wanted was a cleaning & all she had to do was schedule it & explain that if I need a deep cleaning I’ll have to pay for it. I would’ve agreed to it. I left very upset because how I was treated. I immediately called Taylor Dental in Monroe & I have my appointment in a month. I was treated with RESPECT and was told to have a nice day.
