Kyle Cannon was great! He worked with(against) the insurance company to get me the roof I deserved. It took some time dealing with the insurance adjuster but he made sure I got a quality roof paid for by the insurance company. Thanks again, Mr. Cannon.

Wonderful experience with this company. We were having a problem getting the insurance company to fully cover our roof after hurricane damage. The staff of Hub City Home Improvement & Roofing lead us through the process of dealing with the insurance company. Thankfully, our new roof has now been completed. The roofing crew was efficient and completed the job in a timely fashion. Many thanks to the owner, Jared Trahan, and to Kyle Canon for their help and professionalism. Hub City Home Improvement & Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. They provided quality materials, skilled workers and a professional result. Hub City was amazing, more specifically Mr. Kyle was amazing! Kyle was upfront with me from day one regarding the scope of work, cost of services, and timeline of when work would be started. Long story short, my insurance first told me that the damages to my home (2020 hurricanes) wasn't enough to meet my deductible and I was on my own...It took three separate adjustors to evaluate my roof (only one actually went on the roof to count the the missing shingles then call it a day. My estimate then went up to around $2000. After I called Hub City Kyle came over, got on my roof, took a ton of pictures while and had a list of notes concerning my claim. It took a number of months fighting with my insurance company (as Kyle advised me it would), but the end result was a full roof replacement. After being given the notes, the pictures, and sadly enough a quick class on the law (Kyle literally had to produce a copy of building codes / requirements and provide that to my insurance company while disputing what was covered). By the time it was all over my insurance company agreed to pay Kyles full estimate down to the penny. Kyle was honest, communicated with me every step of the way, always on time, and the work that was done was perfect. I pray we don't get hammered by storms again but if we do and I have any roof damage I will 100% use Hub City and Kyle again. David M. Sgt.
