I finally found shoes for my daughter here after searching for weeks. I managed to find someone going to Bossier that could make arrangements to pick the shoes up and when I called to pay for them over the phone I was met with a big fat NO!! I explained I was not able to come to store and had a family member there to pick them up and bring them to me. Didnt matter, would not allow me to pay for shoes, so we could get them for an event tonight. People pay for many things over phone, internet, computer, etc this is same thing. Very disappointing and will not be shopping here when I am in Bossier City!

Horrible service, I feel like a manager should be in the store at all times in case of a CSI, well I went in at 5:45 to exchange some shoes they didn't have a size 12 so I decided to return them. The sales lady was so nice but I had to wait until 6:37 to see to the manager ok he never came out. Then when he finally did walk in the store talking very loud say was it busy of course it was you dont see all these people in here. Worst customer service ever
