They always had good grooming... she is the only lady who would groom my dog it seems like... does anybody know where the groomer is at or how can I contact her??? Thank you

I have been a customer there for over 2 years. Constantly buying saltwater fish and supplies. There has many of times that I have purchase fish and in 2 days or less they die!!!. The latest was a purchase was a fish that cost $75, got it friday evening and on sunday had some white cloudy stuff on its eyes. Took it back and they told me that it could be stress and showed me some medication that cost another $25. The fish was dead this morning and to make things worse the disease that fish had has spread to the rest of my other fish. THAT WAS THE LAST PURCHASE I WILL MAKE THERE..... I will order online and pay for the shipping get a guarantee that fish live for 14 days.....DRfostersmith......

We just had my daughter's birthday party at Critter Company. I specifically asked twice before the party started that I did not want to have the armadillo brought in for the children to handle. The lady in charge of our party was rude when I made the request. After the first 2 animals had been shown during the party, the same lady I had spoken to brought in the armadillo! I was floored! When she told my daughter to hold the armadillo, I said "NO." She gave it to her anyway. Then several other mothers said they didn't want their children to hold the armadillo, and the lady said in a VERY rude way, "I can take it out." I said, "yes, thanks." Before she walked out, she said, "It's not like we are going to be eating its guts or anything," and then she slammed the door. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I assume, since I never gave a reason for my request, that the lady was referring to the FACT that armadillos carry leprosy. However, it does not matter what my reasons were for not wanting the armadillo. The fact is that I asked twice, AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, for the armadillo not to be brought it, and she totally disregarded my request. I would not recommend Critter Company to anyone for a party.
