Do not ever do business with this rude place. Long story Ive had 2 issues with being spoken to horribly...first by a female employee then the owner today. My dads had a stroke and home health ordered him a walker. The first one, according to the therapist was not what she ordered. Next the I know this employee called me 3 times griping and talking to me terrible. After several weeks they brought another walker, after 2 weeks use it broke. Its defective. Here we are in March and the owner calls and speaks to me so rudely a witness to the conversation took the phone from me. They expect me, who did not order the walker, home health did....to drive from Keithville to Bossier to take the walker back to them for repairs. I am a fulltime caretaker of 87 year old parents, an autistic son and a handicapped brother to have time to take care of some defective item they delivered. He has no problem billing medicare for defective equipment. They are greedy, selffish, rude, nasty people who are heartless. I am reporting them to medicare. Owner said he will not make the item good unless I bring it to him.
