This was once one of our favorite places. But after my last visit, I won't be planning any trips there. We called a reservation in for a group of 25. When we arrived, we let them know that our party was down to 18. We were told it would be an hour. I asked why and was told that reservations make you have priority but do not guarantee a table. 2 hrs later all other parties, including those without reservations were sat. I spoke with the manager and his response was "not our problem". No apologies. We then sat for another hour before they sent us an older man who literally just slapped our food on the grill with no show. Our waitress was the only bright spot. She was working so many other tables that we did or own refills.

Where to begin!? We had a reservation for 6pm on Saturday. When we got there - they said oh a reservation doesnt count. It just puts you at the front of the line we waited 1hr before we sat down. There are two cooking stoves and our family had 3 kids 4 and under and after a reservation and an hour wait. We waited another 1.5hrs before the chef showed up and about 40mins before we got soup or salad. Overall do not recommend. There are other restaurants nearby that will treat you better and with better food.
