Good quality, good value, professional and responsive ALL describe Buchanan Insurance company. I have used other carriers but have never been more satisfied than I am with Buchanan insurance. Rachel always either answers or returns my calls, emails, etc...and is always beyond friendly and shows that she cares about me as well as my family! I would recommend (and have) to anyone who is looking for a great insurance company! Definitely a 5 star company!
