Dr. San Pedro is very thorough and makes sure you understand what is going on. Also, he answers any questions you may have. Always has a nice manner about him. I highly recommend.

My mom has had three appointments with Red River. The staff is nice but they seem to have no concept of time. Every appointment we sat in the waiting room for an hour after our appointment time. If we as patients are 15 min late checking in for our appointment the appointment is cancelled and we have to pay a 100 bucks. Then they take us in back and left us in another room for 30-45min before seeing the doc. I understand we are not the docs only patients but come on. Have some respect for your patients time as we have respect for yours.

Tried numerous times to get an appointment. They knew that I had a deadline on my referral. I was told so many different things from, they will have to decide which doctor to put me with, to they will be contacting you back because everyone is aware of your deadline, to today, one doctor is out of the country and the other doctor is booked. It took them all of this time to decide this? I even told the girl on the phone, I am worried about my health, that if it takes this long to get an appointment, how will they handle me once they get me in. Glad in a way that it turned out this way, at least I will find a doctor that will be as concerned about my health as I am. Think twice before using these people

My Mom to wait months to see Doctor Nathan. Finally get in to see him he schedule test and walks out. So after paying that copay for that visit my mom schedule the test. Mom goes to another site and do the test a few weeks later. She failed to complete several of the breathing test. She goes back to Doctor Nathan and he walks checks her heart then starts to walk out stating she is fine. My mom has to stops him to ask what could be wrong, why she couldnt finish some of the test, and other questions. The Doctor was annoyed and acted like it was a waste of his time to answer these questions. So after paying 2 copays the doctor spend a total of 5 minutes with my mom. She also just received mail from the Doctors office to come back for another visit. No one at the office had told her she needs to come back for anything. Do not advise to go to this doctors office.
