Receptionist was very rude told me I can't bring my purse in the clinic because she don't know if I may have a gun or taser .. I believe that was very rude , 0n top of that she's a smoker who had the entire office smelling like a smokey bar . A very uncomfortable environment and it's sad that the receptionist made the entire experience bad . I left and will never return their .

The staff was very helpful! When I called they made me feel like I was talking to friend and they helped me through every step of this hard process. If you ever have to go this, call this clinic! They will make you feel comfortable.

Director was very rude and insulting. My 19 yr old child arrived and gave her name and was buzzed by the director so she thought they knew she was there. After waiting a long time my child ask why she haven't been seen yet and they told her she did not sign in and it was to late for them to sign her in. So I guess they buzz in anybody which is a safety issue. I called the clinic asking what happened and the receptionist transferred me to the the director. The director then tells me that well her 15yr old could read the sign and they had a big sign up saying to drop your ID in basket. I told her my child can read very well she graduated with honors. The comment wasn't call for, she has no customer service skills at all. The sign is about the size of a 5x7 pic and is off in corner placed lower. The buzzer is at eye level so she simply missed it. Then my child told me she watched a video cause a lady says all patients come watch a video so she walked in room to watch. The director tells me there is no way she could of watch it, trying to apply she is lying. My child described the video thoroughly. Director didn't want to admit her staff let a person slip through that wasn't even signed in. My child also witnessed a patient arguing with the staff due to the staff being rude. They rescheduled her but after the nasty attitude of the director and staff we went to Hope instead. I told her I will never give my money to a place that has someone as rude as her on staff. She tried to apologize after I said, that I'll take my money somewhere else. Apology was not sincere at all. Hope staff was so nice and professional. Ladies please go to Hope, they show support and respect for their patients going through a tough process.
