        Wont return emails or calls. Their installer snapped the legs off our 700lb checkout counter trying to move it by himself and now theyve ghosted.

        This was a horrible experience in dealing with Integrity Glass. First, it took three weeks for them to get a 76x12 piece of glass cut for my shower stall. Then, upon installation, the installer cracked my shower tile and did not mention it! Furthermore, the glass was installed poorly with a huge gap between my shower door and the small pane of glass that was installed. Then to further add salt to the wound, the ends of the glass where new meets old on the other end of this pane is uneven. It even appears as though the glass is cut unevenly?? When given a chance to correct their errors, Integrity Glass made myself and my wife feel like we were the villains, instead of just plainly going about the business of setting up a return appointment and fixing this poorly worked job. The owner even wanted to send the same installer that messed this whole job up from the beginning! I would not suggest them at all! I am now having to pay another company to come out and get this done professionally! Integrity Glass??? I say not so! Dont make my same mistake people! Go to a reputable glass company!

      Mr. Ellerbee, As discussed today, we are sorry that you are displeased with the service that we provided you. Having "Integrity" at the front of our business name is something we take seriously. There were multiple attempts to discuss and clear up any issues today, however, your incessant berating of us with foul language and profanely misusing God's name prevented us from being able to assist your needs at that time. Your verbal attack over voicemail has been noted as well. Before this, both owners assured you more than once that the owner himself, along with a glass truck would come out ASAP to assess the situation and get it resolved in a timely manner, however, you refused our help. I could try to respond to each negative attribute you listed in your review, but we will not attempt to justify ourselves to someone who is in an irate state. However, I would like to touch on one point: any shower door glass is made of tempered glass, meaning that each one is fabricated in a factory as it must go through a tempering process for safety. This is where the lead time on these custom pieces comes from. We wish it could be as simple as cutting a piece of glass in our shop because that would help us serve those customers quicker. Because we stand behind our work, I wish we could have helped resolve this matter with you in an appropriate way. We wish you and your family the best in the future.
