Love this company. I have had a great experience with shipping, communication, and quality. I have had Ryan help me with delivery of a pedicure chair. Friendly service. Prices are competitive and the rewards system is great. Definitely one of my favorite nail suppliers.

Slow shipping, no communication, didn't respond to messages, and then I only received part of my order. Can not get a reason why or when the rest of my order will ship. But over a month later I get another charge on my account, and finally someone answers an email. They think it's okay to not let anyone know what they plan to do about the things you've ordered or when they'll take your money. They still haven't shipped part of my order, over a month later and think that I still need it and want to pay them for their shotty work. I don't know how they're still in business if this is how they treat their customers. I will not be dealing with them again. Very unprofessional, sneaky, and low down.

My second time ordering from them and I will never do it again. Both times I purchased uv gel top coat twice but they keep sending me the 45 second top coat. When you ask for the right item to be shipped they tell you they will give you a credit that I did not recieved on my second order
