French Settlement Water Co Inc

Brown water most of the time. Silt in the water, Ruins filters, bad customer service. They know we do not have options so they do not care about us. I have filed multiple complaints and have never gotten so much as a call to see if the issues have been resolved.

Woke up this morning with no water. No explanation.

A call was made Thursday, Jan. 27th, to report that there was a very large leak in the ditch in front of my home. I do not have water through this company, but their line runs in my ditch. This is not the first time I have had leaks in the line. The last time, it was near my driveway and has washed out a portion of my driveway. When asked for a repair, it took many attempts for them to come out and was told that they would fill in the damage to my driveway-----still waiting on that to happen. Now a leak has happened again and this one is on a massive scale. The water is backing up into my yard and just hoping it does not reach my home. It has only been three days and it is half way to my house. Feel so sorry for anyone that lives below me because I am sure they do not have any water pressure. Very rude and terrible company to have to deal with.

Absolutely terrible. To top off the terrible water quality, we have been out of tap water since Sunday 29th 4 days now. Not even a drip of brown water. No updates!
