    I believe her name was melissa, she was awesome. I think I caught her on the tail end of her lunch but she took great care of me and was super polite and informative.

    Minute Clinic? More like Hours clinic! I have been here since 10:30,my appointment was for 10:50. There was only 1 patient in-front of me and on the queue to go before me, she was in and out in less than 15 minutes leaving me to wait! Its almost 11:30 and I still have not been seen! Will not ever be coming here again, will not recommend.

    Got the covid test done on July 2nd. It is now 12 days later, 8 of the days are business days and I'm STILL waiting on results. My two week quarantine will be done before I even know if I ever had the virus. They said it would be 2-4 days. At 6 days I called and was told it changed to 5-8 days. Day 12 I called and was told an email would be sent alerting "them" of my amount of days. I was told if I don't hear anything in 24-48 hours that I would have to call back. Ridiculous...

    The worst services ever. My daughter had cold symptoms, went to CVS at Denham Springs to get the COVID test done and the Company used by that pharmacy is named "MinuteClinic". The website announce result in 2 - 4 days but she has been waiting for 6 days and still have no answer. Calls or emails to get information regard the result are useless and nobody seen to be responsible or have knowledge of anything. CVS and/or this absolute irresponsible Minute Clinic Company that looks like do not care about patients but about money.

    Completely useless. On the way home from vacation. Had food poisoning and was very dehydrated. Did nothing for me. Told me I needed to go to the ER for tests. Refused to write a prescription for antibiotics which is all I needed. Next day when I was home I went to my PCP. Was given antibiotics. Said I could have the tests to see exactly what was causing it but either way the antibiotics would clear it up. By then I was also so badly dehydrated I was sent for an IV infusion. There was absolutely nothing my PCP did (a nurse practitioner) that the nurse practitioner at the couldnt have done or didnt do. I just didnt get lame excuses for not treating me with my PCP. If you are truly sick and need medical assistance, find an urgent care or just use you PCP because this place is a complete waste of time.
