Had a flat trailer tire. Penske told me to drive to this location because theyd be able to replace it. However, it was 10 minutes before close and their door was already locked and they refused to help. Had to wait hours for roadside instead. They could have taken 5 minutes to swap the tire to help me out but had better things to do.

If I could give less than one star I would, absolutely unorganized in regards to inspection stickers, first they tell me to put 175 miles on my car because I just paid over $400 dollars to have the check engine light fixed. So I come back I come back then they said over 1,000 miles. Now I have to come back in and redo everything and be talked to like a child to get off the phone after my father just passed away with covid. Dont worry I will never come back. Rude service.
