Absolutely wonderful lunch experience. I don't know why so many people have had issues with service. Perhaps it was because the restaurant wasn't busy, but the service was fantastic. As expected, all the food was perfectly cooked and the salad bar was great. The dessert options were numerous and delicious (and affordable). I'd highly recommend going for lunch, although I'm sure the experience is similar for dinner. For lunch, expect to pay around $100 for two people AND dessert (excluding tip). Parking: The free parking lot is about a block away from the restaurant. Street parking is paid only. Even at lunch, I couldn't find any street parking available so I had to walk from the garage.

We always have a very nice meal there with a wonderful salad bar, best lobster bisque you will ever have and tender juicy meat cooked to perfection. Now they even have an option just to get a salad bar if you dont feel like eating meat, which is a great idea, especially since they have variety of cheese, olives, smoked salmon, rice and potatoes

I am normally very reluctant to leave 1 star reviews especially on my first attempt to dine. But the customer service here is abysmal. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get through on the phone to handle my reservation. Well I finally get a human to answer after it says 'hang tight ' only to be informed my party is too large and they need 30 days notice and deposit. (15 people) I had made 2 reservations to total the number of guests. I informed him I attempted to get contacted by via my reservation notes when i couldn't get through via phone. He told me he would seat us if he could apart but was edgy and snarky and repeatedly asked me if I wanted to cancel my reservations. I got repeatedly told I should have emailed them 30 days ago and waited for a response. He had no suggestions beyond shrugs and you should have booked a month ago and paid ahead. I've never had this experience for less than 20 guests at any other venue. Guess what? Called Fogo De Chao as soon as they opened and had wonderful customer service and got my party situated perfectly with much less hassle.

Fabulous location. This is the best on in the south, in my opinion. The staff is awesome, and the manager is always serving and working along with his staff. We travel here from Pearl, MS, all the time. Out of all of the southern locations, this one is my favorite!!
