Debating between mizuno or Saucony running shoes after was fitted for it. The lady helped me was nice and informed me that I have 60 days to return or exchange, so I purchased the mizuno shoes. After a couple of weeks, I decided that I did not like the firm heel and prefer the Saucony she's cause there were more cushion. Went back to the same store and the same lady helped me, but this time she saw me with the shoe box walking in and her face and attitude changed. I told her that I want to exchange it for Saucony shoes and if I like them, I will buy two pairs cause I need to switch them out every other day. She looked and said that they don't have them. I had to followup with, when will you have some more coming in? She replied that they have shipment coming all the time and just check back and practically pushing me out the door. Fortunately, another lady was there and chimed in and asked what's going on. She told the other lady to just put down a special order and it will be here in 2-3 weeks. Why wasn't this an option previously? 4 weeks went by and I never received a phone call, so I went back and checked. A new lady was there and she checked and said nobody ever ordered them. She says she will get them ordered today and will be here in a couple of weeks. I asked her if I can return these mizuno shoes, so I don't exceed the 60 days return. She says of course but she wasn't sure how to do it, so she called the lady from the back room which happened to be the first lady that sold them to me. She walked the new lady through how to return with a sour face and walked away without acknowledging or saying anything to me. 4 weeks has past and I still have not received a call for the special ordered shoes. I honestly had a great experience on my first visit but horrible after that. If you have a return policy, then dont be sour about it. In addition if you tell someine that you will special order something, please order them and call them. I would have purchased a pair on my first visit and would have came back to purchased a 2nd pair within a week or two anyway...with or without 60 days guarantee but if you're going to tell me that as a sales line, I will know it and hold you to it.
