        From the beginning (August 2022), I had an issue with the thermostat not working (ice on the AC unit). It took 4 months for them to find the solution and fix the problem. For 4 months, my electricity bills were abnormally high which I reported already in September. I asked for compensation for these bills (3 x higher) at the end of November. They told me that to make an adjustment, they would compare my bills with those of the following months. On May 4, they wanted me to sign a blank compensation form which I refused because it was blank. On May 27, they received my last invoice, and they told me that everything would be settled for the next day. Nothing has been done yet, and I've had no reply to my e-mail. Not serious !
