I wouldn't recommend this practice to my WORST enemy. I have tried on numerous occasions to schedule an appointment in hopes to receive services and I have been given the run around, ignored and thrown to the side. I created an appointment with Dr. Flint (telehealth) and I joined the session 5 minutes before the scheduled time. I ended up calling a number which was listed on facebook and I am assuming was Dr. Flint's assistant and I wasn't given a clear explanation to if or why my appointment had been cancelled and why no one reached out to me via phone or email. I am extremely disappointed and discouraged in the mental health professionals. I truly did look forward to this appointment and after 6 months of constanly calling I felt I would be seen, but I have been left with disappointment and no help. Mental health services in Baton Rouge absolutely SUCK! Would not recommend if you are serious about your treatment plan. The consistency is non exisistent and the commuication lacks presence as well.
