In and out. Had to send them some documents throu their emails for them to print. Wish they had the email of every store on their website for a quicker service. Email to send documents: [email protected]

I love this Office Depot. The people are friendly and helpful, and the manager I spoke with about computers is extremely intelligent and well spoken. Kudos to John and the rest of the associates.

The self-service printer/copiers were marked as out of service. The girl behind the print counter said that the .59 color copy price was not available if I wanted to print my copies on her machines. Furthermore, I needed the copies immediately, upon which she stated that we could pick the copies up in two days!!!!! Today I placed an online order for pickup, figuring I would not have any difficulty. My partner was going to pick up the items for me, so I called the store to verify what he would need in order to pick up the supplies. Rachael answered the phone, and her answer was that "it should be ok, but she wasn't sure." I won't be using this store anymore.
