        If I could rate him -5 stars, I would. Stephen was hired by a lender of the buyer of my house on 11/7/2021, closing was set for 12/1/2021. We received the report on 12/7/2021. Not only did he do the appraisal incorrectly but it took over a month to receive the report. He completely ignored our agents as well as the lender. He cost both parties thousands of dollars and showed absolutely no compassion or professionalism. Absolute joke.
