I have purchased several times from Jos a bank in the past in other cities in the US and even online. All the alterations on hemming the pants if purchased from them are free of charge. I ordered some suits from them online and took the pants for hemming. The tailor at the location said it would be at an extra charge to do any alterations.
If you pay a premium price you expect a premium service. Even Macy's do the hemming of the pants etc free of charge if you purchase from them. This is ridiculous and I will never buy from them. I don't know if its this location or everywhere else too.
