      image Terrible experience. They were extremely unorganized and couldn't give a straight answer about anything. A gave a sample then they made me give another because they had me throw it out before they had the results. Then they claimed they couldn't do a rapid which is what I paid for and that they had to send it to a lab and they would call me when I could pick up my results after I told them I needed the results today. I still haven't got my results and this was months ago. Went to a different facility 2 days later because I could not wait any longer and walked out with my results 10 mins later. Will never come back.
