        The receptionist are incompetent and I have been here for over an hour and have not been called to the back. I went up to ask what was taking so long and they had not checked me in. Poor service poor front desk receptionist.

        Had a great visit at the office! I was able to get an appointment next day for vertigo. I printed out my new patient paperwork beforehand and had no wait to be seen.They verified my insurance before I arrived and the insurance coordinator even printed me out a copy of my card since I misplaced mine and I didnt even ask her to! Dr. Mitchell was also fantastic. So glad I made the right choice for an ENT. I highly recommend them!
