this is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. Never use them. Between their customer service and their horrible coverage its not worth the time.

I was an employee for this company for around 3 years. Two months ago they informed me that I had to forfeit all the money that I had made from them for the past year. Due to what they called a billing error. I was not over the budget for what I could bill for the hours I worked. I did not work any more hours that I was not cleared for. I had all my certifications up to date. Yet they are still charging me for all my wages with interest. I am not a bad person I thought that working with families of special needs was a pretty good job. But it has broke me now and I have to quit college in order to get another job just to pay this all back. To any families who are thinking about this company as an option please go somewhere else. The people here have no customer service. There is no manager system so if you have a problem with an employee there is no help. I have to quit my shot at a better future because I thought this company was a good one. Please don’t make that same mistake there are other organizations that will help get what this company provides.
