Susan has a problem dealing with customers. Needs to be removed from answering phones....She is very RUDE and DO NO WRONG ATTITUDE. I do wish the owner of the company listen to the recorded conservation from her and customers. Needs to be enrolled in anger management.

I ordered a generac generator, from grnerac they had this company install, lol wait did I say install they are a joke! This keeps up it will almost be a year since I started this process! Their Guage that they put on has failed inspection 2 times! This generator is sitting in my yard nusable uBecause Brent does not return phone calls, the people in the office all have no answers the owner must be a joke, two months sitting in my yard and not turned on because of a Guage, I guess I will have to hire a real professional and sue them for the bill because of their incompatance. Word of advise do not use this company

I signed up for a service contract. Might generator broke and it could not be fixed. I asked for the service contract fee to be returned. Someone in accounting said they don't return the fees because "you were getting service call at a discounted rate." I asked her to show me where that was stated in the contract and pointed out the contract was for future visits which would not occur because the generator part could not be found. She said she'd check. I n ever heard back and had to call 18 times over a period of two months to get this resolved. They just take your name and number but never call back. Finally , i did receive the check but it was only because i was so persistent otherwise they would have kept the money. Bought a generator from someone else and it was 5,000.00 cheaper
