I recently had my platinum, late 1800s, wedding band completely reshanked by Mr. Madere. He came highly recommended. They were wonderful to work with. The craftsmanship was impeccable. I wouldn't have trusted any other jeweler to work on this heirloom piece.

Excellent service. Attention to detail.  Quality across the board. I had my grandmother's diamond reset & a custom piece created for my niece using charms from my mother's bracelet. Both are stunning pieces & will continue to be handed down from one generation to the next.

I was appalled by both the product and service I received from this jeweler. I bought my wife her wedding ring from them 4 years ago and in that time the main stone has fallen out twice and 3 paves have fallen out. The last time the main stone fell out they weren't open so I went to another jeweler for their opinion. They indicated the way the ring, setting and posts were constructed it's no surprise I've had the issues I've had and that the jeweler should repair it at no cost to me. So, I brought it back to Wayne Madere for the repairs and was told she is too rough on the ring and it would cost me $600 to repair. When I went to pick up the ring I was paying for it and said "Can I give you some feedback?" I commenced to tell them about the second opinion I had received. I did this very professionally and without malice. He cut me off and said..."I don't give a sh*% what you were told, they're wrong...." I said stop there. I have no interest in talking with you about this any further and I will never do business with you again or refer any business to you again. He walked away and said nothing more and let me leave in disgust. I AM BLOWN AWAY....He is some special kind of jerk!
