        My husband bought a heart pendant for Valentine's Day. The necklace started loosing diamonds, which is fairly common with almost any jewelry, especially smaller diamonds. Second, we took it back to Cortana Mall location and they sent it off to, I guess, the company's jeweler to REPLACE three missing diamonds. Thirdly, it is now May 08, 2018 and I still don't have my pendant, which they said would take 2 weeks to get back. They NEVER call to update us on the status of repair and time of arrival. However, they dont hesitate to call about sales promotions.Zales jewelry can be captivating but that may be all you receive because of the lackluster quality and beguiling customer service at time of purchase.
