        I was a victim in an accident and they drug their feet cost me hundreds of dollars in rental cars. And when they sent me my check they put a stop payment on it so I couldn't get my money 😠😠😠

        I had a horrible experience with Shelter. The person assigned to me was extremely difficult to get in touch with and never did what they said they were going to do as far as sending information or request for information. I literally had to fight to get my issues resolved, which is frustrating further considering having to deal with insurance after an accident is already frustrating enough. The level of incompetence and lazy unorganized workmanship given to me by your company is unacceptable. What am I paying you so much money for? It's bad enough I legally have to pay for insurance or I'll get changed money by the gov. But, Shelter makes sure that your payments go straight to making sure that your time, energy, and patience are all wasted by a company that doesn't care about you or your property. Unbelievable.
