If there were an option for zero stars, I would do that. They sent a team of two to my parent's home for what was supposed to be a deep clean. They did a pitiful job. When we complained they offered to send another team out to "do what they were able." When I heard that I told them we expected not to be charged and not to bother trying to fix the problem. I sent around 50 photos of the type of work that was not done properly and they acknowledged they had a satisfaction guarantee and they still charged my mother's card $380. I will be showing up tomorrow to dispute this problem. I've never been so disgusted in a company before in my life. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

My sister scheduled services for our home. We were scheduled for a 9-9:30 am arrival. Called when no one had come by 9:41, apparently the coordinator Pricilla decided to move our appointment to 3:00 pm without notifying us. No one is home at 3:00, as I told them when I spoke to them Friday. We can only do morning appointments with commutes to my son's Autism therapy daily. Service: Standard clean

Team come in work very well together. They comes in with a smile, very polite. When they finishes they ask me to check to see if everything is ok.

Ok I am adjusting my review....I had them clean my house 4 times total 1- time was awful...but they sent the crew back out to fix the issues....still wasn't great but was better 2- sent 1 single lady who did an amazing job was soo very happy 3- same lady came out and brought a helper they were very distracted and didn't do as good of a job as the first time they Clean but I took into consideration that she had something going on and let it slide. 4- a new person was sent. since this was now the third person to clean my house I decided to make a list of things that I would like to be focused on because there's no way for my house to get clean when a different person is coming every single time. I was contacted by the manager and told that they clean in a specific style and that's what would be cleaned. I told the manager that the person that had been cleaning my house didn't have a problem with me making an outline and that's actually how she had cleaned my house so that's how I expected it to continue to be cleaned. The lady that cleaned my house spent three hours cleaning my kids rooms that I only asked her to mop the floor and minimal dusting and spent about an hour and a half on the rest of my house. The rest of my house was not done to par whenever I left a review no one contacted me. Then whenever I was contacted to schedule my next cleaning I again said that I was not happy with the service and did not want to reschedule and all that I got was will take you off of the schedule. The moral of this story is this company does not care if they do a good job or a bad job They want the money and they aren't going to make sure that their work is done in a reputable way. I would pay more to have a better job done but I definitely would not recommend them. I gave them two stars because they did have some good qualities but most of them were awful.
