Anytime Fitness

I come here daily around 5 am, if you like to workout and get in and out this is the place, always clean, always well lit, music in morning is awesome for those days you forget the headphones owner is around and attentive! If you want a gym to workout this is the place for you! I give it Solid B++

I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past 3 months and they simply wont do it. Staffed hours is a joke... The gym is clean, and well kept, but the professionalism by the owner/manager in running the business side needs a lot of improvement.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. In April 2018, I joined and after 1 day I could see it was not suited for me. Went in the next day (not even 24 hours) and cancelled. In the agreement, if I cancelled within 24 hours my initial payment would be refunded and my contract void. Forward to June 2018, they just took money out of my checking account. No warnings and no prior charges were made. I tried calling and visibly during staff hours repeatedly and no one answered or was ever there. Finally had to get my bank to reverse the charges. Now it is Nov, 2018 and they sent my information to collections and wants me to pay $400. Update 11/14/18 Apparently the their lease had a problem and the people who were leasing decided to no longer allow Anytime Fitness to stay if they did not pay for the AC ~$30,000. Spoke w/ Dana as she was having equipments and tanning beds moved out of the building. It was very sad and heartbreaking but Dana has promised to get to paperwork and resolving issues next week.

I also have been trying to cancel my membership that should of been canceled over a year ago when I transferred locations. This gym is not staffed and when I went did not even have someone that could access the computer systems. The owner, DANA said she would fix the issue but has not and it has been months since I spoke with her. I finally had to contact my bank to BLOCK these FRAUDULENT charges since it was starting to cause me financial hardship. I have been praying that this issue get resolved, this company has taken over $600 from me. I have given this company EVERY opportunity possible to make things right. The worst part is now they have sent my account to COLLECTIONS and are threatening my credit. I have not had a valid contract with this company for nearly 2 YEARS! I have no choice now but to get a lawyer. If anyone here is interested in a class action lawsuit against this company, I would be glad to be involved in it.
