        I was waiting at the chase arm to get money on corner of Siegen and Perkins and she was parked (not sure how long she had been backed into her location). As the car was about the finish and I had been waiting there with no other car behind me she pulls up beside that car. Then when that car pulls away she get out and tells me it is closed for maintenance. Why couldn’t she wait until I finished? Then she told me that it was closed so when I was trying to ask her if I could get money out, she said she couldn’t hear me.
