Glasses were scratched. Lady at desk was sweet. Had scratch resistant lenses and extended warranty. However, even after flood ect. Could not replace them for me. Said I had to have exam first. But I can't see out of them transition lenses are bad like that. 500.00 glasses! No options? Boo Sears.

I had an appointment at 6 and was there at 545 to fill out paperwork. The doctor was with someone and when finished took a walk-in (the only other person there). She came in and out of the office to talk with the receptionist. Every time she spoke with her it was belittling and unprofessional. At 635, we decided to leave and I told the receptionist. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if that was the only doctor and she said she was. I told her that I didn't appreciate the doctor's behavior towards her and in general.

They don't know what they're doing here. They got my husbands prescription wrong, mine wrong. Sold mea broken pair of glasses, twice! (Meaning they claimed my broken pair was a new pair) then claimed my glasses were ordered and being shipped, two months later we find out they were never ordered and had to order them ourselves from a different state. When I finally got my glasses, the frames were so crooked that no amount of adjusting made them fit my face. I gave up and told them it was fine. Don't waste your time here. $800 and four pairs of glasses later, we still can't see.
